CYCLES OF LOS ANGELES (CoLA)

Holy smokes — I’m amazed at the response we’ve been getting about this show. What started as a plan for a chill event displaying some spoke cards and photos has turned into a rather large exhibition of our wonderful Los Angeles bike culture. There are thirty seven (!!) of you crazy beautiful creative artists contributing something. Music, coffee, flash tattoos, freak bikes, paintings, sculptures photos, and relics of the rides we live for — it’s going to be a good one!!

POSTERS & SPOKE CARDS.

I love seeing the posters on all y’all’s feeds (especially the awesome one Winston made for us!). There are hi-res versions of all three flyers on this page; keep posting that shit, let’s party. There’ll be spoke cards on show day — find me, I’ve got one reserved for you.

INSTALL NIGHT.

Come help us hang art on Saturday the 17th! Starting around 6pm and going late, we’ll be moving walls, building stages, and lighting art. Pizza and beer will be attending, of course.

ARTIST INFO.

If you’re contributing 2D/3D art (hell, musicians and pop-ups welcome, too), send us the two basics: your preferred name and your social media handle. We’ll also take artist bios and/or descriptions of your collection, and if you have titles for individual pieces, send that in, too. We’re working on some very cool labels — you don’t wanna miss out on getting your name on them!
